20 Years of Baanidin
From Thai Herbal Roots to a 20-Year Journey
When we started Baanidin in 2006, we never imagined that a small beginning would grow into a journey lasting more than twenty years.
Back then, we simply believed in something very simple: that the herbal wisdom passed down through generations in Thailand still had a place in modern life.
We began with very little.
A handful of herbs.
A piece of cloth.
The familiar scents of plai, lemongrass, turmeric and kaffir lime.
And a simple intention to make something good with our own hands.
It began with our first Thai herbal compress.
Over time, one product slowly became many — herbal compresses, spa products, herbal oils, aromatherapy, body care, and small wellness items designed to bring a little more comfort into everyday life.
Some years, Baanidin grew quickly.
Other years, we moved more slowly.
Our products travelled farther than we ever expected. We had opportunities to work with shops, spas, businesses and customers from different parts of the world.
But looking back, we realise that what has kept Baanidin alive for twenty years was never the number of products we made.
It was something much simpler.
We continued to believe in the same things.
Good things do not have to be complicated.
